Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Client Service Business (CSB) programs.

Introducing a virtual training that prepares professionals and tomorrow's business owners.

STAR Customer Service Representative’s Full Training is a total of 10 hours. We specialize in remote client service work. STAR offers readiness training, job placement and optional business startup coaching services. Additionally, we offer our CSRs ongoing support and management services.  All of our trainings come with job placement services and we have a 96% job placement rate for those who complete our full training. Our clients are famous and well-known brands. Work with the best of the best, with training from a top-notch team! 

Business-minded CSRs can begin our Client Service Business (CSB) program, which is 20 hours of training and one-on-one coaching to transition from working as an independent contractor to owning and running your own micro-call center. CSB graduates can run a home-based customer service business, establish a strong brand, recruit and hire other CSRs to work for their company!

CSR 101: Orientation and platform setup

2.5 Hours (Remote)
This orientation gives you an introduction of what to expect as you provide service answering inbound calls for large companies. You will have 1 hour of live instructions and 30 minutes of self-paced work to setup your servicing platform to begin client qualification and job placement.

CSR 103: Customer service readiness training

3 Hours (Prerequisite CSR 102)
This pre-certification training is designed to help CSRs develop the skills and knowledge of systems, processes, customer service skills and call flow.

CSR 102: Client qualification and skills assessment

5 Hours (Prerequisite CSR 101)
This very critical training is customed to the requirements of the client hiring CSRs. The training includes voice tests, virtual interviewing skills and simulated or mock call practice through various technologies.

CSB 104: Launching your Virtual call center

20 hours (Prerequisite CSR 103 + Experience)
This course is for experienced CSRs with a minimum of 6 months of providing service and maintaining metrics. This class will help CSRs transition to become call center owners

We provide our CSRs and CSBs with a virtual environment in which they are never alone or not a part of the team. We pride ourselves in upholding part of our mission, to aim to inspire, motivate and uplift others. All of our trainees have a virtual environment that is engaging, friendly, inclusive and inspirational.

Financial aid Available

Need a job? Want to start a business? Our programs are now covered through various partnerships, for those who qualify. In addition, most of our programs offer an earn and learn opportunity. This mean you earn from learning a new skill plus you get job placement services. Independent Contractors have a unique opportunity to earn incentives. CSR 101-103 are often covered under our financial assistance programs. CSR 104 is covered for some who are eligible. To start the process you need to first apply. Financial aid for coaching, training and support is available in select states, counties and or cities in the US only.
