I cannot select hours. Why?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to select service intervals in Starmatic:

  • The Statement of Work (SOW) signed by STAR Team Agency is not yet active
  • Have your OA check to see if the SOW is signed.
  • If you’re in a certification course, you have not yet been provided with Interval Selection Access
  • The effective date of the contract has not yet been reached
  • If you’re in a class and the effective date of the contract has been reached, Arise has not yet been provided with final certification results

Once the required criteria have been satisfied, you will be provided access to Starmatic.
