First ask yourself “Have I tried everything to troubleshoot my issue?” Have you done one or more of these steps:

  • Used the help desk thoroughly¬†
  • Gone to AVA
  • Partner Platform Live Chat
  • Used STAR Portal
  • Used the CrowdHub for your Client Program

If you’ve tried to troubleshoot your issue with no resolve your OA is here to help you fix the problem. You can schedule an appointment with he/she under STAR Portal. Look under your ‘Message’ tab for a welcome message from your OA. He/she will include their calendar. Please be advised that meetings are done via Zoom at zoom.us. Be sure that you have downloaded the app before your meeting.
