My Onboarding Agent (OA) has not responded to my Email or Facebook message. Help!
Our OA’s strive to provide top-notch management services but we appreciate your understanding and patience. First keep in mind OA’s manage 2-3 client teams at a time, which can be roughly 10-15 agents in each group. Some OA’s also provide services to clients as well.
With that being said, the best way to reach out to your OA is to schedule an appointment. This will insure that your OA is able to give your individualized attention and support in a timely fashion. You can make an appointment by visiting STAR Portal and go to your ‘Message’ tab. Look for your OA’s welcome message which includes their calendar link.
TIP: You may want to bookmark your OA’s calendar page for the future.
