What is ‘post properly’ mean in chat?

If you’re using the client chat while servicing you will be asked by QA’s and Tier 2 agents to post properly this means one of the following:

  • You did not post your CSP ID before writing your request
  • You are writing in ALL CAPS – this is considering yelling – do not do this!
  • You have not including important information like ‘LCU’ which indicates you are on a long call
  • You have posted your question more than once

Tip: Be patient and understanding when on a call. Breathe and stay calm!
