Why are there no hours available on Starmatic?
While our clients maintain a nice amount of hours most of the time, there are, on some occasions, when hours are low. This means there is low call volume or the hours have been selected by other agents.
Rule of thumb is, hours are on a first come first serve basis. Your OA will sign you up for notifications for urgent service hours. Once you know when hours are released here is what you can do to ensure you receive the hours you want
- Set your phone alarm clock or calendar
- Increase your STAR Rating (having a higher rating gives you the option to select hours before other agents).
- Sign up for Urgent Service notifications
